What PracticeAway is

PracticeAway helps traveling masters athletes find clubs, understand how confident a listing is, and plan a drop-in. It is an informational tool that aggregates and organizes publicly available club information alongside traveler-submitted feedback.

The service is provided as-is

PracticeAway is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any given time.

Data accuracy is not guaranteed

Club schedules, meetup locations, drop-in fees, contact details, and other listing information come from public sources and traveler feedback, and they change often. We surface confidence and freshness signals precisely because this data can be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details directly with a club before planning a visit around them. PracticeAway is not responsible for decisions you make based on listing information.

Acceptable use

When you use PracticeAway, you agree not to:

Scrape, harvest, or bulk-export club or contact data for spam or resale.
Submit false, misleading, or abusive verifications or feedback.
Use contact information shown on the site to send unsolicited marketing.
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party clubs and links

PracticeAway links to and describes independent clubs and venues that we do not operate. Their policies, fees, and schedules are their own, and your relationship with a club is between you and that club.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PracticeAway and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or your reliance on any listing information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
